Old age home

Another feather in the cap! While talking to the lady at orphanage we came to know about an old age home. As we went on hunting around Kondapur area we came across an old age home named Satya Sai Old age home( lane next to Fresh@Kondapur). After discussion, 5 of us went to the old age home. We met the lady who is taking care of the home. There are around 20-22 old people comprising of both men and women. The curiosity and anxiousness of the old people was something that moved our hearts. When we spoke to the lady she said they needed financial help.So we called our friends, announced it in MSIT and asked them if they could help us out. Fortunately, we collected around 4000 rupees. We used some of that amount for the Christmas celebrations at the orphanage. Today we went and gave the lady 3500 rupees as they needed for construction of a room inside the old age home. The lady needs around 20,000rs. We just hope that we would collect more amount and give it to her.
